When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Personalised orders are delivered within 7–10 working days.

Please note that during busy periods and for personalised items, our delivery times may be extended. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.

Please note that our service does not offer a named delivery service and that anyone at the specified delivery address may sign for your parcel. We are not liable for lost or missing orders that have been signed for within a building, for example an office address provided for delivery.

When placing an order, please ensure that the destination country is selected correctly. This is to ensure that no additional charges are incurred at customs.
